Our journey began in 2023 in Wolli Creek - born from a humble dream to share authentic Thai flavours with our community. With the warmth and support of our guests, we were inspired to bring that same passion to the vibrant neighbourhood of Balmain.

The name Maysa (เมษา) means "April" - a symbol of new beginnings, warmth, and growth. Inspired by Thailand's rich culinary heritage, our menu is crafted with nostalgia: family recipes passed down through generations, reimagined with modern care.

At Maysa, you'll find warm Thai hospitality in a welcoming space where tradition meets quiet details -soft lighting, thoughtful touches, and an effortless atmosphere.
